Because these items are made to order, all sales are final. If there is an error in your shipment, please contact us for return information.
Refunds or exchanges on non-personalized items (not including custom orders):
If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE within 30 days of receipt. Item cannot have been worn or washed. Sorry, refunds
will not include shipping charges. We suggest you return the package to us using a courier who will provide you proof of delivery.
